Rafael Siqueira

Rafael Siqueira serves as the Director of Supply Chain & Customer Experience for Latin America and Canada at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics since March 2018, overseeing the management of the End-to-End Supply Chain and Customer Experience across multiple business units and markets. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Supply Chain & Operations Director for Medtronic in Brazil, responsible for a comprehensive range of supply chain functions. Rafael's earlier experience includes leadership as Supply Chain Director at Avon Cosmetics and as Supply Planning Manager at Ericsson, along with a role as Logistics Manager at Diageo. Rafael holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá and an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, complemented by further education in digital strategy and global business administration.
