Rajani Kant is a seasoned professional executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding senior-level management roles at both factory and corporate levels. Currently, Rajani serves as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Processes at Abbott, where they focus on optimizing operations and fostering customer satisfaction. Previously, Rajani has held various positions at Abbott Healthcare and Heinz India, successfully implementing processes aligned with HACCP and driving cost reduction initiatives. Rajani holds a Master’s Degree in Dairy Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Packaging Technology, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Technology.
