Raul H. has extensive experience in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement, having held various roles at Abbott from March 2015 to March 2019, including Continuous Improvement | Mfg Systems Sr Engineer, Continuous Improvement Section Lead, and OpEx Manager. Prior to this, Raul worked at St. Jude Medical as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer from July 2011 to March 2015, focusing on shop floor systems, capacity modeling, and workflow systems. Raul's earlier experience includes positions as an Industrial Engineering Technician and Industrial Engineer at Hospira from April 2007 to September 2008, where responsibilities involved product transfer support and capacity models. Raul holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Internacional de las Américas and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
