Ravishankar Rambhatla

Ravishankar Rambhatla is the Head of OEC at Abbott, where they currently strengthen the company's Ethics and Compliance training architecture by designing customized training solutions. Previously, Ravishankar held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Manager of Sales Training and Sales Manager, responsible for sales in Osteoporosis and Growth Hormone teams. With a background in curriculum design and implementation for sales training, they have provided support for sales training managers across Turkey, the Middle East, and Russia. Ravishankar earned a PGDPM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and completed an executive program in Sales and Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
