Rena Jacobsen

Rena Jacobsen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leave management, HR operations, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Manager of the US TA Coordinator Center of Excellence at Abbott, Rena leads a team to ensure efficient administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on service levels and key performance indicators.
