Renee Peng

Renee Peng is a motivated Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Abbott, with a proven track record in leading teams through organizational change and achieving business targets. Prior roles include working as a Site Leader at Zoetis Inc. and a Sr. Purchasing/Sourcing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they garnered multiple Special Achievement and Recognition Awards. Having completed a two-year career acceleration program, Renee has also significantly reduced supply base and inventory levels while successfully managing cost reduction projects. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Asian American Studies at UC Santa Barbara.
