Rick Burke has extensive experience in marketing and customer service within the medical device industry, currently serving as the Director of US Marketing at Abbott Diabetes Care since January 2004, where Rick has achieved significant financial success with full P&L responsibility for a $100 million business. Prior roles include Director of Customer Relationship Marketing, where Rick led a team to develop a comprehensive CRM program. Previous positions also feature leadership at Abbott Labs overseeing Worldwide Customer Service and contributions to product development and marketing strategies at TheraSense and other organizations. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from San José State University and previously attended the University of Dayton.
