Rory Chen

Rory Chen is a results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and data-driven consulting. They have held various roles at Abbott, including Senior Manager of Business HR and Director of Business HR, and previously completed a Human Resources Management Associate Program Internship at Hewlett-Packard.
