Roy Gan

Roy Gan is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Abbott since January 2013, Roy has progressed through various roles, including Facilities Ops & EHS and Operational Business System Manager. Previous experience includes advising local SMEs on manufacturing improvements as a Business Advisor in Singapore and leading substantial operational initiatives at St. Jude Medical as a Continuous Improvement Leader and Plant Manager. Earlier roles supplemented expertise in sourcing strategies at Philips Consumer Electronics and PerkinElmer, focusing on commodities management and supplier development. Roy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
