Ruben Sanchez

Ruben Sanchez is an experienced professional in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations Quality at Abbott since September 2020, overseeing product quality for the CRM division's US sites. Previously, Ruben held various leadership positions within Abbott, leading global quality systems and compliance across multiple sites. At Avanos Medical, Ruben was the Global Director of QA, managing a large team and ensuring product quality across several business units. Early in the career, Ruben gained extensive experience at Medtronic in different quality assurance roles and was involved in significant production and quality optimization projects. Prior experience at Baxter International included project development for manufacturing efficiency and capacity improvement. Ruben holds an MBA and a Graduate Degree in Total Quality Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
