Russ Paul

Russ Paul is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Abbott since September 2019, responsibilities include managing Design Assurance and Quality Engineering for new product development, where notable achievements involve developing design outputs linked to risk management and implementing various quality improvement processes. Previously, Russ held leadership positions at Vascular Solutions (now Teleflex), Boston Scientific, American Medical Systems, and Graco, consistently driving quality improvements, reducing non-conformances, and implementing efficient quality management systems. Russ holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
