Rustoni is currently a Regional Sales Manager at Abbott, a position held since 2019, where they focus on developing sales performance across multiple areas in Indonesia. Prior to this role, they served as a Sr. District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager at Abbott, consistently working on building winning teams and executing promotional activities to meet sales targets. Rustoni's career began in 2003 at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica as a Sales Representative, and they have also held various sales positions at PT. Roche Indonesia, culminating in their roles as Area Sales Supervisor. They are currently pursuing education at Universitas IGM Palembang.
