Ryan Karney

Ryan Karney is a dedicated engineering leader with over a decade of experience in process development within the chemical and extrusion manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Plant Manager at Abbott, Ryan is responsible for implementing quality systems, managing financial performance, and fostering a culture of safety and engagement. Previously, as a Process Engineering Manager at The AZEK Company, Ryan led teams to enhance manufacturing efficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
