Ryan Pawless

Ryan Pawless possesses extensive experience in the medical device industry, having held significant leadership positions at Abbott and Medtronic. At Abbott, Ryan served as Area Vice President for Structural Heart and later as Global Director of Commercial Excellence from February 2020 to April 2025. Prior to that, Ryan was part of the Leadership Team at Medtronic from June 2010 to February 2020, contributing to operations in the US East region. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Florida, earned in May 2003.
