Scott Austin

Scott Austin is a Director of Quality at Abbott, bringing extensive experience in pharmaceutical and combination medical device development, including product, process, and test method development from early stage to commercial manufacturing. They previously held various R&D Engineer roles at Abbott, managing teams and leading regulatory submissions. Prior to that, Scott worked at Merck & Co. and Pfizer, specializing in manufacturing processes and clinical supply chain. Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
