Scott Hansen

Scott Hansen is a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Abbott Diagnostics, where they lead a team of over ten engineers in developing and launching advanced diagnostic instruments. Scott has held various engineering roles at Abbott since 2008, including positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they managed projects and coordinated multi-disciplinary efforts to meet FDA standards. Prior to joining Abbott, Scott worked at Harris Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the design and analysis of electro-mechanical systems. Scott earned their education in mechanical engineering from Penn State University.
