Scotty Walker is currently the Director of Technical Operations at Abbott, bringing over 20 years of expertise in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls within the medical products industry. Previously, Scotty held several key positions at Abbott, including Director of Operations Excellence and Director of Technical Product Support, where they led teams in enhancing product quality and operational excellence for molecular diagnostics. Scotty's experience spans various domains, including biologics, drug formulation, and continuous improvement initiatives, alongside a strong foundation in both laboratory management and project coordination. Scotty is committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement while fostering robust relationships to achieve high-priority objectives. Currently, Scotty is pursuing a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from The Ohio State University.
