Sean Norton

Sean Norton is a Senior Manager of Sales Training at Abbott, where they design and deliver training programs for sales teams across multiple states. A former Division I college athlete, Sean played quarterback at Fresno State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Northridge. They began their career as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Santa Clarita, developing skills in supervision and customer service before transitioning to medical sales, where they enjoyed eight successful years in various roles. Their leadership and strategic direction in sales have consistently focused on improving patient quality of life through science-based nutrition.
