Sean Treacy

Sean Treacy has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within Abbott from December 2007 to January 2021. During tenure at Abbott, Sean served as Divisional Vice President in multiple roles, including leading Total Rewards and HR Communications, overseeing Business Human Resources and Employee Relations, and managing HR for the Abbott Diagnostics division, which supported 14,000 employees and generated $4.5 billion in sales. Additionally, Sean held the position of HR Director for Global Manufacturing, responsible for HR operations across nine manufacturing plants with approximately 4,500 employees. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Limerick, earned between January 1992 and January 1996.
