Sharla Rich

Sharla Rich served as the Abbott Transfusion Medicine Director of Customer Support Operations from 2008 to 2017, where they led the Global Project Management Office and developed strategies for successful project implementations. Prior experience included roles such as Customer Service Section Manager and Customer Support Specialist at Abbott, earning recognition through MVP and All Star awards for outstanding achievements. Sharla began their career as a Medical Technologist at High Plains Baptist Hospital and Family Hospital Amarillo, TX, after obtaining two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology/Medical Technology and Clinical Laboratory Science.
