Sharmila Israni

Sharmila Israni is currently an Executive in Submission Publishing within Global Regulatory Affairs at Abbott, a position held since 2024. With seven years of experience in the field, Sharmila previously served as a Senior Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services from 2021 to 2024, focusing on regulatory submissions for EU and ROW markets. Prior to that, Sharmila was an Associate at Genpact from 2018 to 2021, where they specialized in Submission Publishing and trained in various domains of drug regulatory affairs. Sharmila also gained research experience as a Project Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in 2018, investigating the effects of mal-C during radiotherapy.
