Shawn Deboo

Shawn DeBoo is an experienced professional in operations and engineering management, holding significant positions at prominent companies such as Abbott and Texas Instruments. As Site Lead and Operations Director at Abbott, Shawn also served as Senior Manager of Process Development and New Product Introduction, as well as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. At Texas Instruments, Shawn held the role of Branch Manager overseeing Process Control, Equipment Maintenance, and Product Test Engineering. Prior experience includes a position as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Intel. Shawn's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of New Mexico, with studies completed in December 1999, and further education at Babson College from 2003 to 2005.
