Shawn Kline

Shawn Kline is a Quality Engineering Manager at Abbott, where they lead quality compliance efforts and internal audits for over 25 global medical device manufacturing sites. Previously, Shawn served as a Senior Quality Compliance Specialist and demonstrated expertise in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, particularly in the medical device sector. They began their career with internships at CNH and North Star Imaging, as well as serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University.
