Shay G. is a finance leader with over 10 years of experience in corporate FP&A and strategic finance. Currently serving as the Controller for R&D and Operations at Abbott, Shay leads financial strategy and decision-making for global diagnostics and commercial initiatives. Prior to this role, Shay held various positions at Abbott, including Site Controller and Area Controller, where they managed significant P&L responsibilities and supported market expansions.
