Sriram Rajan is a dedicated Talent & Organization Development Leader with over 24 years of experience in various roles across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent & Organization Consulting at Abbott since 2025, Sriram previously held prominent positions at Novartis, including Global Director of Leadership Development. Sriram's expertise is further recognized through an Associate Fellowship from The Wharton School and membership as a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. Having also been honored as the 2017 HR Professional in the MEA region and recognized as a keynote speaker and Co-Active Coach, Sriram continues to influence the field of talent management.
