Stefan Strauss

Stefan Strauss is currently a Technical Service Supervisor overseeing a team of six engineers across Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania. They drive key performance indicators, collaborate on data analytics, and optimize maintenance strategies to enhance system uptime and customer satisfaction. Previously, as ANZ Service Excellence Manager at Abbott, they successfully implemented inventory management systems and achieved significant progress in inventory reduction. Stefan holds a National Diploma in Electrical Clinical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology and completed a Programme for Management Development at GIBS Business School.
