Stefano Paoloni

Stefano Paoloni is a strategic healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership, currently serving as the EMEA Demand Plan Director for Abbott Diabetes Care. They lead a 15-person team managing a $3 billion business, focusing on demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management. Previously, Stefano held various leadership roles at Abbott, including Managing Director for the Distributor Region EEMEAP and Integration Lead for a key acquisition, as well as serving as Financial Controller and Treasury Manager at Johnson & Johnson. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma and completed a General Management program at SDA Bocconi.
