Stephen McCabe

Stephen McCabe is the Director of Capital Planning & Program Management Office at Abbott Diagnostics Business, where they oversee the governance of capital planning and the execution of strategic programs across the manufacturing network. With a strong background in portfolio, program, and change management, they have driven organizational improvements and cost savings through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Limerick and two Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Project Management. They are recognized as the first recipient of both the Abbott Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ASQ Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt accreditations in Ireland.
