Stephen Rudden

Stephen Rudden is currently a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Abbott, where they drive significant changes within the organization. Previously, they served as a Maintenance Lead Engineer at LacPatrick Dairies Ltd, where they planned maintenance schedules and managed equipment repairs in the food manufacturing sector. Stephen has also held various roles at Abbott, including Maintenance Fitter and Packing Shift Manager, and has an extensive background in mechanical systems from their time as a Marine-engine room watch keeper with the Irish Defence Forces. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and has received distinctions throughout their educational journey.
