Steve Green

Steve Green, CISSP, is a seasoned information security leader with a strong background in both IT and physical security. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security at Abbott, they are responsible for integrating security processes following the acquisition of Bigfoot Biomedical. Previously, Steve held prominent roles, including Senior Director of IT and Chief Information Security Officer at Bigfoot Biomedical, where they achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification and significantly improved security measures. Their extensive experience includes roles at Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems, where they led initiatives in security architecture, incident response, and security policy development. Steve earned a B.S. in Meteorology from Lyndon State College.
