Steven Garza

Steven Garza, MBA, is a seasoned program management professional and military veteran with extensive experience in organizational leadership, information systems operations, and strategic planning. As the CTO and co-founder of SkillMil Inc., they have directed initiatives to facilitate the transition of veterans into the civilian workforce through innovative software solutions. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Abbott, they oversee the global implementation of European Union Medical Device Regulations across the company's vascular portfolio. Their previous roles include senior program manager with the US Navy, where they improved operational processes and enhanced training programs for submarine operations. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
