Steven Naleway

Steven Naleway is currently the Director of Commercial Administration & Planning at Abbott, overseeing the Technical Solution Design team. From 2021 to 2024, they held various leadership roles at Abbott, including Senior Sales Manager and Technical Sales Manager, where they directed teams and developed sales strategies in laboratory automation and informatics. Prior to joining Abbott, Steven worked at VCU Health in multiple capacities, such as Medical Technologist Supervisor and Laboratory Manager, and also served at New York Presbyterian Hospital as Section Supervisor in the Biochemical Genetics Laboratory. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.
