Steven van Dalen is currently the QA Compliance team lead at Abbott, where they previously served as Teammanager QA Compliance and contributed significantly to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team. Their efforts in machine safety and the LOTOTO improvement project earned Abbott Zwolle international recognition. Steven's earlier experience includes roles at Apollo13 Consult and NedTrain as an intern, as well as serving as a Risk Engineer at Achmea. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Integrale Veiligheidskunde from Hogeschool Saxion and have furthered their education in safety management at Kader, bureau voor kwaliteitszorg.
