Summer Camper is an experienced Organizational Development professional with a strong emphasis on creating impactful strategies that enhance individuals, teams, and organizations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Summer has worked in various roles, including as an Organizational Change Manager at Abbott, and currently serves as the Founder of The Sprout Community. Passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation, they are dedicated to empowering people and driving growth.
