Susan Cummings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and digital workplace solutions. Currently serving as Director of Conferencing and Shared Services at Abbott since August 2021, Cummings previously held prominent roles at Northern Trust Corporation, including Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Workplace Product Management, where responsibilities included global enablement of Microsoft 365 and the creation of various leadership forums. Prior to that, Cummings was Product Director at Capital One, leading the development of the Commercial Banking Online Portal and earning accolades such as the APEX Outstanding Integration Contributions Award.
