Swati Pathak serves as the Associate Director of Business Development and New Product Introduction at Abbott, overseeing the Specialty Care business in India with a focus on Chronic therapies and critical care. With extensive experience in project management, Swati leads the five-year new product pipeline and strategic initiatives in Innovation & Development, while also managing end-to-end projects from ideation to launch. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Research Scientist positions at renowned organizations such as Piramal Healthcare Ltd. and IPCA, where Swati specialized in formulation development for global markets.
