Tess Gilbert is a Sr. Director of Product Development with extensive experience in research and development, most recently serving as Director of R&D at Abbott from 2021 to 2024. Tess began their career at St. Jude Medical and has held various engineering and managerial roles at both St. Jude and Medtronic. Tess earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008.
