Tina O'Donnell is currently an Operational Technology and MES Manager at Abbott Diabetes Care, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Tina served in various roles at Seagate Technology, culminating as the Director of Wafer Factory IT from 2022 to 2025, and contributed as a Wafer Systems Engineering Manager and Staff MES Engineer. Tina began their career as a Commodity Engineer at Compaq Computer Manufacturing from 2000 to 2001 and worked on a research project as a Research Associate at Ulster University in 2002. Tina holds a PhD in Supply Chain Optimisation and a Bachelor of Engineering with first-class honors in Electronic Engineering & Computing from Ulster University.
