Tom Guenther

Tom Guenther is the Divisional Vice President of Compensation, having held various roles at Abbott, including Director of Executive Compensation and Senior Manager of Executive Compensation. They began their career at Abbott Laboratories as a Compensation Manager from 1996 to 2007. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and later obtained a Master’s Degree from Marquette University.
