Tom Knipe

Tom Knipe is a QA Manager focused on Global Supplier Quality at Abbott Diagnostics Business, where they lead manufacturing site transformations and oversee product transfers, new product introductions, facility expansions, and supply chain improvements. They previously served as an NPI Program Manager for Abbott’s Sligo site, supporting the development and commercialization of the Next Generation Alinity Platforms. Tom's extensive experience includes roles as a Validation Engineer and Technical Transfer Leader across various biopharma companies, alongside analytical chemistry positions earlier in their career. Tom holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a PgDip in Management from the National College of Ireland.
