Xiao Ma is a driven and innovative medical technology scientist and engineer with extensive experience in clinical evaluation and research within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Clinical Evaluation at Abbott, Xiao has previously held positions as a Manager and a Research Scientist, contributing significantly to the development of bioresorbable vascular stents and various polymer technologies. Xiao earned a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they also worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant. Throughout their career, Xiao has demonstrated a strong focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, developing test methods, and engaging in regulatory submissions.
