Yannis Vrettos

Yannis Vrettos has extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sectors, notably serving as Managing Director for South-East Europe at Abbott Diagnostics from December 1991 to December 2020. In this role, Yannis oversaw operations across multiple countries, including Greece, Romania, Israel, and others. Additionally, Yannis held the position of Legal Representative for Abbott Laboratories Hellas, ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements for the Greek affiliate. Prior to Abbott, Yannis worked as a Sales & Service representative at ANTISEL SA and has a solid academic background with an MBA in Business Administration from Kingston University and a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Hellenic Open University.
