Zoi Beina

Zoi Beina is a skilled professional in the food technology field, currently serving as a Flavor Development Scientist at Abbott since February 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Laboratory Assistant at Wageningen University & Research in late 2023, where collaboration with experienced individuals in fermentation processes was highlighted. Zoi also contributed to the IBA-IFIBIOP 2021 Conference as a speaker, presenting on "Plum wine production using different yeast strains." Previous positions include a Research and Development Intern at Unilever Food Solutions Nederland and a Food Technologist at Del Monte Foods, Inc. Zoi holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
