Alex Rojas is a transformative business executive with over 20 years of experience in consumer goods, automation, and pharmaceuticals, specializing in commercial, supply chain, and internal audit within global manufacturing. Currently serving as the Americas Costing CoE Sr. Manager at AbbVie, Alex leads a team focused on financial accounting and operational efficiency to improve patient outcomes. Alex's extensive career spans multiple countries, including Brazil, Mexico, the U.S., China, and Germany, and includes roles as a Senior Compliance and Controls Auditor at APC by Schneider Electric and a Corporate Internal Auditor at Nestlé. Additionally, Alex is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion as the ERG Leader for AHORA Latino at AbbVie and serves on the advisory board for EforAll, a non-profit supporting under-represented entrepreneurs.
