Andy Thompson

Andy Thompson is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a National Sales Trainer at AbbVie since January 2013, previously holding the position of Professional Sales Representative. Prior to this, Andy worked at Abbott Laboratories from June 2006 to April 2024 as a Senior Sales Representative, managing the Thousand Oaks territory, and also had a significant tenure as an Executive Sales Representative at Abbott/Solvay Pharmaceuticals, consistently ranking in the top half of performance. Andy’s notable achievements include multiple invitations to represent the company at prestigious conventions and serving as a District Sales Trainer. Earlier experience includes a teaching career, culminating in a role at Simi Valley Unified School District and a pioneering position in marine biology at Reseda High School.
