Anne McLaughlin

Anne McLaughlin is a seasoned professional in clinical study leadership and drug development operations, currently serving as Program Lead I at AbbVie since May 2022. In this role, Anne is responsible for connecting science and operations to execute clinical research programs effectively and efficiently. Prior to AbbVie, Anne had an extensive tenure at Allergan from April 1999 to May 2022, where roles included Associate Director and Sr. Manager in Drug Development Operations, leading global clinical studies to support successful product registrations. Anne's career has also included positions focused on operational execution and management of clinical studies, as well as scientific responsibilities in the development of treatments for retinal diseases. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Health Sciences from UC Irvine.
