Aparna Vasanthakumar

Aparna Vasanthakumar is a highly accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Research Scientist at AbbVie, Aparna has previously held positions as Principal Research Scientist and Senior Scientist III. Prior to joining AbbVie, Aparna was a Research Associate (Assistant Professor) and Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Chicago. Educationally, Aparna earned a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, following an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from DG Vaishnav College under Madras University.
