Cem Avci is a seasoned supply chain and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Department Manager and Supply Chain & Commercial Operations Head at AbbVie since March 2015, Cem oversees supply chain operations, including S&OP, demand planning, and logistics for both AbbVie Pharma and Aesthetics. Previously, Cem held positions as Operations and Customer Services Manager at AbbVie, Senior Logistics Manager at Arzum Electrical Home Appliances, and Logistic Development and Plant Logistics Manager at Kraft Foods, where Cem focused on improving logistics efficiency and supply chain processes. Early career experience includes planning roles at Unilever and a solid academic foundation with an MBA from Istanbul University and a bachelor's degree from Dokuz Eylul University.
