Carrie Bisson

Carrie Bisson is the Director of GXP Learning & Performance at Amgen, where they oversee critical training and performance initiatives. Previously, they served as a Senior QA Training Manager at AbbVie and held various leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they significantly improved training effectiveness and compliance across multiple sites. Carrie began their career at Charles River Laboratories, advancing from Training Coordinator to Research Technician. They hold a Master’s degree in Research Administration from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Worcester State College. Additionally, Carrie served in the U.S. Army Reserve, where they developed leadership skills and facilitated training for fellow servicemembers.
