Charles served as an Analyst and Alpha Trader at Trading Technologies from 2011 to 2012, then worked as an Implementation Consultant at Epic from 2010 to 2011. A project leader at Slalom from 2018 to 2021, Charles advanced to Senior Manager and then Associate Director in Platform Strategy and Development at AbbVie from April 2021 to August 2023.
